Book a vacation rental
Your first step is to immerse yourself in the classifieds that offer the most diverse housing, from studio to the vast villa. So you will be interested to proposals that are consistent with your expectations, given the number of persons to be accommodated, the composition of equipment and close to amenities or recreational facilities.
If you own a home you are about to rent, please, in your ad, out the essential features of your property, such as its location as accurately as possible, the maximum accommodation capacity and the main equipment of which it is with, not to mention the price conditions and periods offered for rent.
Remember to indicate one of the attractions that you find most critical to the resort that you offer and which may be the direct view of the sea, the view or even the proximity of places known for their tourist interest.
This will help avoid any adjective such as beautiful, luxurious and sumptuous, character property as these details, after all subjective, may ultimately provoke discussion, if the findings from the future tenants. It is therefore preferable to indicate the most significant character of your property and possibly complete your description by a state of high-end equipment or quality.
A description before any payment
Once you have chosen the holiday destination you already dream, quickly fall back to earth by asking the owner a written description of the housing, possibly with pictures.
Only after receipt of this notice you will pay the amounts claimed by the owner to finalize your reservation.
Deposit or down payment?
Will join your mailing an accompanying letter in which you then ask the prospective tenant to send you a check book which is in practice equal to 25% of the total rental.
Optionally, you can request a higher amount if the reservation is made only weeks before the rental.
In all cases, you specify always the fate of the sums paid in case of withdrawal.
Upon receipt of the description, the tenant will send you a check book with a cover letter embodying your consent.
