The "Fiera Milano Rho," one of the largest exhibition centers in Europe, was draped on Friday at the colors of Morocco, on the occasion of the second Italian edition of the Real Estate Fair and knowledge Moroccan-live "SMAP Expo".
The solemn opening ceremony which took place years in the afternoon attended by several personalities, including Morocco's ambassador to Italy, Mr. Hassan Abouyoub, and senior officials from the Lombardy region (northern) and the municipality of Milan, has now become one of the most important steps in the "Expo Roadshow SMAP".
This is in total an area of ??18,000 m2 that the show, as promised in the previous edition, presented to the public, offers even more diversified and more attractive in spite of the crisis facing the gates of the Italy.
Fifty speakers took for this event by presenting a forty pointed Moroccan cities and not only present but also responding by offering a wide range of products covering almost the entire country and from social housing and intermediate to that of high-end, told MAP Samir Chemmah, CEO of "SMAP Group", the engineering group specializing in event of Morocco abroad which organizes the show with support from the Ministry Housing, town planning and urban policy.
Aware of the seriousness of the crisis affecting the countries of the hexagon, developers had to fix their prices, including those for the medium class, given the heavy impact of the crisis. Prices vary, thus between 300 and 400,000 DH, when social housing is proposed to 250,000 DH.
Moreover, next to the strictly commercial framework, lectures by the association of notaries in Morocco and intended to educate visitors about their rights and what steps to take to acquire a property. The opening theme has also been: "How to prepare for the acquisition of your residence in Morocco?". Furthermore, the fact of the recent earthquake that shook the host country, a moment of silence was observed in their memory. Note that they are nearly 150,000 Moroccans living in Lombardy, including 25,000 in Milan.

After the stage of Milan, which ends Sunday, the "SMAP Expo" will continue, in a few months in Abu Dhabi (6-8 December).
